How do I know my script’s been received and allocated to my chosen pro?

Right after purchasing you’ll receive an acknowledgment email letting you know that your script/synopsis/logline has been safely received and that we’re in the process of allocating it to your chosen pro.

If you haven’t received an email in your inbox, please check your spam/trash folders as sometimes emails kind wind their way in there instead.

There’s no need to reach out to us at this stage: everything’s in hand. If there are any problems at all, such as your chosen pro being unavailable, we’ll contact you.
