What is the turnaround time?

The standard turnaround is about 14 days. Need it faster? A 3-day rush service is available.

Can I send a new draft later?

Generally a new draft needs a new proofread — but we’ll answer any questions within your three free follow-ups.

Do you accept scripts written in Word?

We don’t accept scripts written in Word due to formatting and editing issues. Please reformat using professional screenwriting software first — or use our Reformat Service and we’ll get it to industry standard in the software of your choice.

Can I submit a script in a cloud program like Celtx or WriterDuet?

We can’t log in to cloud programs directly, but you can export your script to Final Draft (or similar) and we’ll work on it there. You’ll get the revised script back in Final Draft format, ready to re-upload to the cloud.

I’m not paying you to just feed this into an A.I., am I?

Nope! A.I. can’t catch every typo or formatting quirk (not yet, anyway). Everything we do is Human Crafted.
