In order to avoid our content winding up in your trash or a mysterious Google folder, you can “whitelist” our email address “hello[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com.” (If you don’t know how you’ll find instructions at the end of this page.)

How to add “hello[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com” to your safe senders list:

Here’s how to “whitelist” our email address by adding it to your address book/safe sender list. (You can double-check with the email service provider you use but here are the instructions as of October 2019):

AOL 8.0+

Open an email from us
Click Add Address icon
Verify our contact information

AOL Webmail

Click on the Addresses tab in the upper right corner of the Mailbox window
Click on the New drop-down menu and select New Contact.
Type hello[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com and submissions[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com in the Screen Name field and click the Save button

AT&T WebMail

Select Options
Select Filters
Click Add Filter
In the top row labeled From Header, select “contains” from the drop-down menu
Enter hello[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com and submissions[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com
Go to Move the message to
Select Inbox from the drop-down menu
Select the Add Filter button again

Comcast

Click Address Book
Click New and click New Contact
Add hello[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com and submissions[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com
Click Save

Cox.net

Click Preferences
Under General Email Preferences click Blocked Senders
Type hello[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com and submissions[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com in the Exceptions List
Click Add
Click Save

Earthlink

Open an email from us
Click Add Sender
Verify that our contact information is correct
Click Yes

Entourage

Open an email from us and right-click
Select Add to Address Book in the short-cut menu
Verify the our contact details

Gmail

Click the Show search options downward-pointing triangle in your main search field
Type hello[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com and submissions[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com in the Form field
Click the link Create filter with this search
Check the option Never send it to Spam
Click Create filter

GMX
Open one of our emails
Click the Plus symbol on our email address.
Add our name
Click OK

Juno

From the mail screen, click on the Address Book tab
Insert hello[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com and submissions[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com
Click Quick Add

McAfee

Click the Allow/Deny menu option in the Control Console
In the Add Entrys field in the Allow List add hello[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com and submissions[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com
Click Save

Mac Mail

Open an email from us
Right-click our email address
Click Add to Contacts in the short-cut menu
Click Save and Close

Mail.com

Click the Plus symbol our sender’s email address
Add our name
Click OK

Microsoft Outlook Express 6+

Open an email from us
Left-click the sender icon, or right-click our name
Click Add to contact
Click Save and Close

Microsoft Outlook 2003

Open an email from us
Select Actions on the toolbar
Select Junk Email from the drop-down menu
Select Add sender to Safe Senders List
Verify that our contact information is correct and click OK

Microsoft Outlook 2007

Open an email from us
Click Options on the Tools menu
On the Preferences tab, under Email, click Junk Email
Select Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab and click add
Enter hello[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com and submissions[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com
Click OK

Mozilla Thunderbird

Click the Address book button
Make sure the Personal Address Book is highlighted
Click the New Card button
Under the Contact tab add hello[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com and submissions[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com
Click OK

MSN Hotmail (Classic)

Open an email from us
Click Save Address in the menu bar
Verify that our contact information is correct
Click OK on the next screen

Norton AntiSpam

Select Status & Settings tab
Select Configure button
Select Allowed List tab
Select Add
Enter hello[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com and submissions[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com
Select OK

Road Runner

Click your Junk Mail folder
Select the email that includes the email address you would like to add as a safe sender
Click Mark as Not Spam

Verizon

Click Options
Click Block Senders
Locate the Safe List
Enter hello[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com and submissions[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com
Click OK

Window Live Hotmail

Adding to the Address Book doesn’t automatically add you to the Safe Sender list so you must mark us as Safe
Open an email from us
Click on the Mark as Safe link

Windstream

Click the Settings tab
Click Messages
Click Allow and Block Messages
Select Advanced Block Senders
In the Allowed Senders and Domains area, type hello[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com and submissions[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com
Click OK

Yahoo! Mail

Open an email from us
Select the Add to Address Book link
Enter hello[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com and submissions[at]scriptreaderpro[dot]com
Click on Save Contact
